摘 要:悬挂链输送系统有助于实现煤炭采样与制样对接过程的自动化。该系统采用了先进的传感器技术、物联网技术以及智能控制技术,可实现煤样桶从采样端自动输送至制样端,并可同步完成煤样桶的回传再利用。介绍了悬挂链输送系统的关键功能及技术特点,重点剖析多站点收发布局、无动力吊具技术、煤样桶收发技术以及动态监控技术在悬挂链输送系统中的成功应用。悬挂链输送系统的推出有助于更进一步完善自动采制对接方案。Suspension chain conveying system is helpful to realize the automation of coal sampling and sampling docking process.The system adopts advanced sensor technology,Internet of Things technology and intelligent control technology,which can realize the automatic delivery of coal sample drums from the sampling end to the sampling end,and synchronously complete the recycling of coal sample drums.This paper introduces the key functions and technical characteristics of the suspended chain conveyor system,and focuses on the successful application of multi-station transceiver layout,non-power lifting technology,sample bucket transceiver technology and dynamic monitoring technology in the suspended chain conveyor system.The introduction of the suspension chain conveyor system helps to further improve the automatic stoping and docking scheme.
