摘  要:为提高小麦幼胚体细胞再生频率,以豫麦49、豫麦18、兰考906为试验材料,研究不同浓度ABA对小麦幼胚离体培养特性和草酸盐氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,不同基因型间、ABA浓度间小麦幼胚愈伤组织诱导率、分化率和草酸盐氧化酶活性差异均达到极显著水平,基因型间以豫麦18最高,兰考906最低;不同ABA浓度间以0.10 mg/L处理对幼胚愈伤组织形成和分化最为有利;不同浓度ABA条件下小麦幼胚胚性愈伤组织诱导率与草酸盐氧化酶活性存在极显著相关。In order to improve the regeneration frequency of somatic cells of wheat immature embryo,the effects of different ABA concentrations on tissue culture of immature embryo callus and oxalate oxidase activities of immature embryogenic callus were studied with Yumai 49,Yumai 18 and Lankao 906 as the research materials.Results showed that the differences of induction frequency of emryogenic callus and differentiation rates of callus and oxalate oxidase activities of immature embryogenic callus were extremely significant different between different ABA concentrations or genotypes,which were the highest in Yumai 18 and the lowest in Lankao 906 among different genotypes.Treatment with 0.10 mg/L between different ABA concentrations was most beneficial for immature embryogenic callus formation and differentiation.Induction frequency and oxalate oxidase activities of immature emryogenic callus of wheat was extremely significant between different ABA concentrations.
