摘 要:[目的]为了营造美观稳定且具有净化氮磷能力的植物群落。[方法]采用2种沉水植物+1种浮水植物+3种挺水植物构建成3个植物群落浮床[组合Ⅰ.沉水植物(穗花狐尾藻+金鱼藻)+浮水植物(凤眼蓝)+挺水植物(千屈菜+菖蒲+花叶美人蕉),组合Ⅱ.沉水植物(穗花狐尾藻+金鱼藻)+浮水植物(凤眼蓝)+挺水植物(千屈菜+菖蒲+苹),组合Ⅲ.沉水植物(穗花狐尾藻+金鱼藻)+浮水植物(凤眼蓝)+挺水植物(千屈菜+菖蒲+绿叶美人蕉)],测定种植不同植物群落的人工浮床对模拟水体中TN、TP去除效果以及DO、pH和EC的变化。[结果]植物组合去除富营养化水体中的氮明显高于对照,植物组合对水中TN有较好的去除效果,均不低于70.59%,组合Ⅲ对TN的去除效果最好,去除率为97.46%。植物组合可以明显去除水体的磷,植物组合对水中TP的去除率是28.13%~66.05%。植物组合可以明显改变水体的pH、DO含量和EC;植物组合与CK的pH均呈增加趋势;DO含量在试验结束时均减少。[结论]植物组合能移除高浓度氮磷的富营养化水体,改善水体物理指标,可以用来处理含氮水平较高的污染水体。[Objective]To create a beautiful and stable plant community with the ability to purify nitrogen and phosphorus.[Method]Two submerged plants+one floating plant+three emergent plants were used to construct three floating beds of plant communities[CombinationⅠ.Submerged plants(Myriophyllum verticillatum+Ceratophyllum demersum)+floating plants(Eichhornia crassipes)+emerging plants(Lythrum salicaria+Acorus calamus+C.×orchioides),CombinationⅡ.Submerged plants(Myriophyllum verticillatum+Ceratophyllum demersum)+floating plants(Eichhornia crassipes)+emerging plants(Lythrum salicaria+Acorus calamus+Marsilea quadrifolia),CombinationⅢ.Submerged plants(Myriophyllum verticillatum+Ceratophyllum demersum)+floating plants(Eichhornia crassipes)+emerging plants(Lythrum salicaria+Acorus calamus+C.×generalis)],the removal effects of TN,TP and the changes of DO,pH and EC in the simulated water body by artificial floating beds planted with different plant communities were measured.[Result]The removal of nitrogen in eutrophic water by plant combination was significantly higher than that of control.The plant combination had a better removal effect on TN in water,which was more than 70.59%.The combination III had the best removal effect on TN,which was 97.46%.The plant combination could obviously remove phosphorus from water.The removal rate of TP in water by plant combination was 28.13%~66.05%.The plant combination can significantly change the pH,DO and EC of the water body.The pH of plant combination and CK increased;DO decreased at the end of the test.[Conclusion]The plant combination can remove the eutrophic water body with high concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus,improve the physical indexes of water body,and can be used to treat the polluted water body with high nitrogen level.
