翅荚木人工林木材提取物成分分析

摘　　要：利用GC-MS技术测定分析17年生和10年生翅荚木人工林木材甲醇提取物和三氯甲烷提取物的主要成分,结果表明,17年生和10年生翅荚木人工林木材甲醇提取物多数成分均为含氧化合物,有己酸、2,3-二氢-3,5-二羟基-6-甲基-4H-吡喃-4-酮、2-甲氧基-4-乙烯基苯酚、香兰素、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、丁香草酮、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚、4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛、4-羟基-2-甲氧基肉桂醛、1,2-苯二甲酸双(2-甲基丙基)酯、棕榈酸、3,3’-二甲氧基-4,4’-二羟基二苯乙烯、3-甲基-柱头甾-5-烯-3-醇共13种相同的成分;17年生和10年生翅荚木人工林木材三氯甲烷提取物多数成分亦为含氧化合物,有香兰素、癸烷、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、菜油甾醇、三氟乙酸羽扇豆醇5种相同的成分。GC-MS was used to determine and analyze the main components of methanol extract and trichloromethane extract from wood of 17-year-old(17a)and 10-year-old(10a)Zenia insignis plantation.The results showed that most of the methanol extracts were oxygen-containing compounds,including hexanoic acid,2,3-dihydro-3,5-dihydroxy-6-methyl-4H-pyrane-4-ketone,2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol,vanillin,2,4-ditert-butylphenol,syringone,3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol,4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy-benzaldehyde,4-hydroxy-2-methoxy-cinnamaldehyde,1,2-phthalatebis(2-methylpropyl)ester,palmitic acid,3,3'-dimethoxy-4,4'-dihydroxystilbene,3-met hyl-styroster-5-ene-3-alcohol and other 14 same ingredients.Most of the chloroform extracts from the wood of 17a and 10a panicularia plantations were also oxygen-containing compounds,including vanillin,decane,dibutyl phthalate,canola sterol and lupanol trifluoroacetate.
