摘 要:为深入认识波纹钢腹板组合框架这种新型装配式结构体系的耐火能力,对其抗火性能进行了有限元模拟和分析。考虑波纹钢腹板界面特征,建立了框架温度场和热力耦合分析模型,并验证了模型的合理性。分析了框架截面温度场分布特征,以及梁火灾荷载比、柱火灾荷载比、线刚度比、配筋率、耐火保护层对波纹钢腹板组合框架结构耐火性能的影响。研究结果表明:在火灾过程中,波纹钢腹板组合柱温度分布呈现梅花状;框架在火灾下的破坏模式主要为柱破坏,框架柱呈现C型弯曲破坏;柱轴压比、梁柱线刚度比、梁荷载比对框架的耐火极限存在不同程度的影响,而配筋率影响很小;工程中常用参数范围无耐火保护情况下,框架耐火极限一般小于60 min。研究结果可供此类结构抗火设计参考。In order to have a good understanding of the fire resistance of corrugated steel web composite frames,the behavior of this new type of assembled structure system under high temperature caused by fire is simulated and analyzed by using the finite element method.Considering the interface characteristics of corrugated steel webs,the thermal coupling analysis model of frame temperature field was established,and its rationality is verified;and the influence of beam fire load ratio,column fire load ratio,line stiffness ratio,reinforcement ratio and fire protection layer on fire resistance of corrugated steel web composite frame structure is analyzed.The results show that the temperature distribution of composite columns with corrugated steel webs is in the shape of plum blossom.The main failure mode of frame under the fire is column failure,and the frame column presents c-shaped bending failure.The fire resistance of the frame is significantly affected by the axial compression ratio of column,the beam-column stiffness ratio,and the beam load ratio in different degree,but the reinforcement ratio has little effect.The fire resistance of the unprotected frame commonly used in practical engineering is about 60min.Research results from this study can be used as reference for the fire resistance design of such structures.
