摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定姜桂颗粒中葛根素、甘草苷、肉桂酸、桂皮醛、甘草酸铵的含量。方法该药物60%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长265 nm。结果5种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9990),平均加样回收率98.84%~100.22%,RSD 1.55%~2.70%。结论该方法稳定、快速、重复性好,可用于姜桂颗粒的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of puerarin,glycyrrhizin,cinnamic acid,cinnamaldehyde and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Jianggui Granules.METHODS The analysis of 60%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃ thermostatic Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.RESULTS Five constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9990),whose average recoveries were 98.84%-100.22% with the RSDs of 1.55%-2.70%.CONCLUSION This stable,rapid and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Jianggui Granules.
