摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定复方降脂片中紫丁香苷、菊苣酸、五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素的含量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1 mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长220、264、327 nm。结果5种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9990),平均加样回收率97.71%~99.66%,RSD 1.53%~2.10%。结论该方法简便可靠,重复性好,可用于复方降脂片的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of syringin,cichoric acid,schisandrin,schisandrin A and schisandrin B in Compound Jiangzhi Tablets.METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35℃ thermostatic Diamonsil C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 220,264,327 nm.RESULTS Five constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9990),whose average recoveries were 97.71%-99.66% with the RSDs of 1.53%-2.10%.CONCLUSION This simple,reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Compound Jiangzhi Tablets.
