摘　　要：目的研究维西乌头Aconitum weixiense W.T.Wang二萜生物碱。方法维西乌头75%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为塔拉萨敏(1)、查斯曼宁(2)、acoforesticine(3)、黄草乌碱丁(4)、黑乌弱碱(5)、查斯马可宁定(6)、草乌甲素(7)、forestine(8)、bikhaconine(9)、hemsleyanine D(10)、滇乌碱(11)、crassicautine(12)、14-anisoyl-leucanthumsine(13)、3-乙酰滇乌碱(14)、aconosine(15)、嘟啦碱(16)。结论化合物1~16为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the diterpenoid alkaloids from Aconitum weixiense W.T.Wang.METHODS The 75%ethanol extract from A.weixiense was isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified as talatisamine(1),chasmanine(2),acoforesticine(3),sachaconitine(4),foresaconitone(5),chasmaconitine(6),crassicauline A(7),forestine(8),bikhaconine(9),hemsleyanine D(10),yunaconitine(11),crassicautine(12),14-anisoyl-leucanthumsine(13),3-acetyl-yunaconitine(14),aconosine(15),dolaconine(16).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-16 are first isolated from this plant.
