摘　　要：目的研究黑眶蟾蜍Bufo melanostitus Schneider皮化学成分。方法黑眶蟾蜍水提物采用大孔吸附树脂、MCI、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS、制备(半制备)HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为蟾毒灵(1)、远华蟾蜍精(2)、华蟾蜍它灵(3)、去乙酰华蟾蜍它灵(4)、蟾毒它灵(5)、3-表-蟾毒它灵(6)、去乙酰华蟾蜍精(7)、3-表-去乙酰华蟾蜍精(8)、(1H-吲哚-3基)甲醛(9)、1H-indole-3-hydroxyacetyl(10)、(1H-indole-3-yl)oxoacetamide(11)、吲唑(12)、二甲异咯嗪(13)、苯丙酸(14)、胆甾醇(15)。结论化合物6~14为首次从该动物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Bufo melanosticus Schneider skins.METHODS The aqueous extract from B.melanosticus was isolated and purified by macroporous adsorbent resin column,MCI gel,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and preparative(semipreparative)HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as bufalin(1),telocinobufagin(2),cinobufotalin(3),desacetylcinobufotalin(4),bufotalin(5),3-epi-bufotalin(6),desacetylcinobufagin(7),3-epi-desacetylcinobufagin(8),1 H-indole-3-carbaldehyde(9),1 H-indole-3-hydroxyacetyl(10),(1 H-indole-3-yl)oxoacetamide(11),indazole(12),lumichrome(13),phenylpropionic acid(14),cholesterol(15).CONCLUSION Compounds 6-14 are first isolated from this animal.
