摘 要:针对封闭式储煤场卸料小车控制系统有线传输电缆极易拉断、投资成本高、维护工作量大等问题,设计了一套基于ZigBee技术的卸料小车控制系统。详细介绍了该系统的总体设计方案、控制系统的硬件电路设计和软件设计,并通过测试验证了控制系统的稳定性。结果表明,该控制系统通过无线通信方式能实时地上传数据至调度室,并可靠地接收调度室下发的指令,克服了有线传输的弊端,提高了工作效率,降低了投资成本和运行费用,减少了维护工作量,具有广泛的推广价值。Aiming at the problems that the wired transmission cable of the unloading trolley control system in the closed coal storage yard is easily broken, the investment cost is high, and the maintenance workload is large, a set of unloading trolley control system based on ZigBee technology is designed. The overall design scheme of the system, the hardware circuit design and software design of the control system are introduced in detail, and the stability of the control system is verified by tests. The results show that the control system can upload data to the dispatching room in real time through wireless communication, and reliably receive the instructions issued by the dispatching room, which overcomes the disadvantages of wired transmission, improves work efficiency, and reduces investment costs and operating costs. It reduces the maintenance workload and has extensive promotion value.
