摘　　要：针对双螺杆压缩机设计中其综合性能难以定量分析的问题,提出了一种基于熵值法的综合性能计算方法。选取接触线长度、泄漏三角形面积、面积利用系数作为评判因素,以此来判断双螺杆压缩机的综合性能。采用无量纲化数据处理方法,对啮合线反向设计转子型线中的各条转子型线的综合性能进行了排序。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to quantitatively analyze the performance of twin-screw compressor,a comprehensive performance calculation method based on entropy method was proposed.Select the length of contact line,leakage triangle area,area utilization coefficient as the evaluation factors,in order to judge the comprehensive performance of the twin screw compressor.The comprehensive performance of each rotor profile in the reverse design of the meshing line is sorted by using the dimensionless data processing method.
