摘  要:为深入研究锥形件强旋成形机理,基于ABAQUS/EXPLICIT平台建立了合理的锥形件强旋成形三维有限元模型,并对其成形过程进行了数值模拟研究,分析了成形过程中的应力、应变、壁厚及旋压力的分布特征,获得了其分布规律,阐明了锥形件强旋成形机理,从而为锥形件强旋成形过程的精确控制提供了理论依据。In order to further research the forming mechanism of cone power spinning,based on software ABAQUS/EXPLICIT,a reasonable 3D FEM model for cone power spinning was established,and its spinning process was simulated.The features and distribution rules of stress,strain and wall thickness and spinning force during the cone spinning process were obtained.The forming mechanism of cone power spinning was expounded,which provides a theoretical basis for the precise control of the cone power spinning process.
