摘 要:全自动激光去溢料机中的推送机构可使芯片模组在机器中可靠输送,实现封装后溢料的精准去除。采用SolidWorks软件完成推送机构造型和装配设计,利用Simulation插件的有限元分析功能,在对推送机构进行模态分析的基础上开展振动和谐响应分析,研究其在瞬态和简谐载荷作用下的应力、位移和应变情况,发现机构中最可能发生最大应力和位移变形的是顶板和支撑架,以此为依据对顶板和支撑架提出合理的结构改进建议和措施,以保证推送机构设计的准确性和合理性。The push mechanism in the full-automatic laser overflow remover enables the chip module to be reliably transported in the machine,realizing the accurate removal of the overflow after packaging.The SolidWorks software is used to complete the modeling and assembly design of the pushing mechanism,and the finite element analysis function of the Simulation plug-in is used to analyze the vibration and harmonious response of the pushing mechanism on the basis of modal analysis.The stress,displacement and strain of the mechanism under transient and harmonic loads are studied,and it is found that the roof and support frame are the most likely to have the maximum stress and displacement deformation.On this basis,reasonable suggestions and measures for structural improvement of roof and support frame are put forward to ensure the accuracy and rationality of the design of pushing mechanism.
