摘　　要：针对某发热盘自动生产线中的钻孔攻牙工艺设计了一款发热盘自动生产线钻孔攻牙机。该设备主要由气动夹紧装置、凸轮分割器转位装置、钻孔攻牙多轴器装置、冷却液循环系统以及控制部分组成,采用理论设计和SolidWorks三维建模设计相结合的方法,运用机械原理和机械设计等知识对各组成部分进行了设计。钻孔攻牙机的应用,可以节省人力成本、减少设备投入,不仅提高了加工速度,而且具有稳定的加工质量。Aiming at the drilling and tapping process in the automatic production line of a heating plate,a drilling and tapping machine for the automatic production line of the heating plate is designed.The equipment is mainly composed of pneumatic clamping device,cam splitter transposition device,drilling and tapping multi-axle device,coolant circulation system and control part.By using the method of combining theoretical design with SolidWorks three-dimensional modeling design,each component is designed by using the knowledge of mechanical principle and mechanical design.The application of drilling and tapping machine can save manpower cost and reduce equipment investment,which not only improves the processing speed,but also has stable processing quality.
