摘　　要：针对YB95条盒第一提升器过载保护装置中的钢套更换难度较大、耗时较长、设备效率不高等问题,设计了一款专用的钢套更换工装。该工装的核心是固定块与拉出螺杆,利用固定块的工字槽将固定块定位在连接杆上,拉出螺杆穿过钢套,拉出螺杆上的一字头将钢套从连接杆上拆下;安装时利用固定块使钢套与连接杆准确定位,再用拉出螺杆的一字头将钢套拉进连接杆上,完成钢套的安装。实际应用结果表明:本工装的应用降低了维修工作的难度,减少了维修用时,提升了设备效率,还避免了设备零部件的损坏,使用效果显著。Aiming at the problems of difficulty,time-consuming and low efficiency of replacing steel sleeve in overload protection device of the first hoisting of YB95 box,a special steel sleeve replacement tooling is designed.The core of the tooling is a fixed block and a pull-out screw.The fixed block is positioned on the connecting rod using the I-slot of the fixed block,the pull-out screw passes through the steel sleeve,and the steel sleeve is removed from the connecting rod by the'blade'-type end of the pull-out screw.During the installation,the fixed block is used for positioning,so that the steel sleeve and the connecting rod are accurately positioned,and then the steel sleeve is pulled into the connecting rod with the'blade'-type end of the pull-out screw to complete the installation of the steel sleeve.Through the example application shows that the application of the tooling reduces the difficulty of maintenance work,reduces the maintenance time,improves the efficiency of equipment,but also avoids the damage of equipment parts,the use effect is remarkable.
