摘　　要：摩擦面抗滑移系数是钢结构高强度螺栓连接设计的重要技术参数。传统的抗滑移系数检测系统在试件产生位移等情况下,需要人工手动关闭系统,存在控制延时、压力传感器数据偏小、试验结果偏大等问题,增大了试验的误差和不确定性。开发设计了一套专用抗滑移系数检测系统,通过系统内置螺栓孔类别因素算法实现滑移载荷的自动检测与记录,降低了人为控制介入,有效减少了试验误差。The anti-sliding coefficient of friction surface is an important technical parameter in the design of high-strength bolt connection of steel structure.Forthe traditional anti-slip coefficient detection system,in the case of displacement of the specimen,the system should be shut down manually.Therefore,the system had some problems,such as control delay,small pressure sensor data,large experimental results and so on,which increased the error and uncertainty of the experiment.This paper develops and designs a special anti slip coefficient detection system,through the built-in bolt hole category factor algorithm to detect and record the sliding load automatic.The system can reduce the intervention of human control and experiment error effectively.
