摘　　要：薄膜包衣机是将包衣溶液喷洒到连续滚动的药片表面,同时通入热空气使药片表面形成一层薄膜的机器,如果喷液管道堵塞,药片会由于高温空气而破裂。因此,喷液管道溶液流量是否正常是影响包衣质量的关键因素。首次提出了预防性清堵策略,即在管道未堵塞但即将被堵塞时立即开启高压空气吹扫清堵。由PLC实时采集通过管道两端的压力、管道流量,当压力、流量达到通过BP网络训练获得的临界点时,立即开始高压空气吹扫。实验表明,预防性清堵可以有效防止喷液管道堵塞,提高药片薄膜包衣的质量。Film coating machine is a machine that sprays the coating solution onto the surface of continuously rolling tablets,and at the same time,introduces hot air to form a film on the surface of tablets.If the spray pipe is blocked,the tablet will break due to high temperature air.Therefore,whether the solution flow in the spraying pipeline is normal or not is the key factor affecting the coating quality.This paper puts forward a preventive blockage removal strategy for the first time,that is,when the pipeline is not blocked but is about to be blocked,immediately start high-pressure air blowing to remove the blockage.PLC collects the pressure and pipeline flow at both ends of the pipeline in real time.When the pressure and flow reach the critical point obtained through BP network training,it immediately starts high-pressure air purging.The experiment shows that preventive cleaning can effectively prevent the blockage of the spray pipe and improve the quality of the film coating of tablets.
