摘　　要：首先介绍了视觉读码技术,对采集与处理流程、多方技术融合等进行了阐述及论证,通过信息收集及数据分析,对视觉读码技术在Atlas拧紧机上的应用进行了研究,实现了发动机信息与Atlas拧紧轴的拧紧程序匹配绑定、自动调用,进而实现了拧紧过程的智能化及数据化,有效推动了读码技术在生产制造多种场景和多种需求的应用。First of alls,this paper introduces the visual code reading technology,and expounds and demonstrates the collection and processing flow,multi-party technology fusion and so on.Through information collection and data analysis,the application of visual code reading technology in Atlas tightening machine is studied,and the tightening program matching binding and automatic transfer of engine information and Atlas tightening shaft are realized,and then the intelligence and data of tightening process are realized,which effectively promotes the application of code reading technology in various scenarios and requirements in production.
