摘　　要：金相样品是研究金属材料宏-微观组织结构和机械性能的基础,制备高质量的金相样品则是金属材料研究的前提。通过介绍金相样品磨制、抛光、腐蚀等制备流程,结合大量的实操经验,总结了金相样品制备过程中所需的操作技巧、注意事项以及常见问题和返工处理,可供初学者学习及相关实验人员参考。Metallographic samples are the basis of studying the macro-micro structure and mechanical properties of metal materials,and the preparation of high quality metallographic samples is the premise of the research of metal materials.This paper introduces the preparation process of metallographic samples,such as grinding,polishing and corrosion,combined with a lot of practical experience,summarizes the operation skills,precautions,common problems and rework processing required in the preparation process of metallographic samples,which can be used for beginners to learn and relevant experimental personnel reference.
