摘 要:热板焊接技术是一种最为常用的塑料产品的二次加工方法,通过对热板焊接的机理及工艺过程进行分析并结合不同类型塑料的可焊接性,提出了热板焊设计的注意要点及常用材料的焊接特性,在保证焊接质量的同时提高了焊接调试效率。以家用洗碗机呼吸器焊接实例,验证了焊接结构设计及工艺参数的合理性。Hot-plate welding technology is one of the most commonly used secondary processing methods of plastic products.By analyzing the mechanism and process of hot-plate welding and combining the weld ability of different plastic raw materials,this paper puts forward the points for attention in hot-plate welding design and the welding characteristics of commonly used materials,which not only ensures the welding quality,but also improves the welding debugging efficiency.The welding structure design and process parameters are proved to be reasonable by the welding example of air break of household dishwasher.
