摘  要:在大型运输包装箱的生产中,铝合金骨架的焊接变形一直是加工中的难题,通过总结包装箱箱底焊接变形的原因及变形方式,提出反变形法、机械固定法、锤击焊缝法及选择合理的焊接顺序等控制措施对包装箱箱底焊接变形进行有效控制,使焊接质量一次性达到技术要求。In the production of large transportation boxes,the welding deformation of aluminum alloy skeleton has always been a difficult problem in processing.By summarizing the causes and modes of welding deformation at the bottom of the box,control measures such as anti-deformation method,mechanical fixation method,hammering welding method and selection of reasonable welding sequence are put forward to effectively control the welding deformation at the bottom of the box,so that the welding quality can meet the technical requirements at one time.
