摘 要:通过加装中间继电器,解决了主断路器试验台DC 110 V和DC 12 V隔离问题,增加了永磁主断路器检测功能;并在此基础上加装了切换开关和插座,统一了真空、空气、永磁3种类型7个型号的线路接口。通过主断路器检修系统的优化设计,有效解决了永磁主断路器中修、临修下车不能检测试验的问题,统一了不同型号主断路器的线路接口,完善了试验台功能,在节支降耗上发挥了重要作用。By installing the intermediate relay,the isolation problem of DC 110 V and DC 12 V of the main circuit breaker test bench is solved,and the detection function of the permanent magnet main circuit breaker is added.On this basis,a switch and socket are added,and the line interfaces of three types and seven models of vacuum,air and permanent magnet are unified.Through the optimal design of the maintenance system of the main circuit breaker,the problem that the permanent magnet main circuit breaker can not be tested during the middle repair and temporary repair can be effectively solved,the line interfaces of different types of main circuit breakers are unified,and the function of the test bench is improved.It plays an important role in saving expenditure and reducing consumption.
