摘　　要：随着改革开放政策的推广,城乡融合的进程也在逐步加快,城市逐步向外扩展,城镇的面积也在有效地扩张,大量的耕地被征收,原本的郊区也被纳入了城市的规划之中。农民们开始向城里居住,新的城镇人口与新住房的不协调已构成城乡一体化的矛盾,如何使农民能够更好地适应新的居住环境,这是城乡统筹规划重点。所以,在城乡统筹地区规划建设中,要根据迁入人口需要,进行科学、合理的规划设计,以改善社区基础设施,从而推动和谐社会的建立。With the promotion of reform and opening up policy,the process of urban-rural integration is gradually accelerating,cities are gradually expanding outward,the area of cities and towns is also expanding effectively,a large amount of arable land is expropriated,and the original suburbs are also included in urban planning.The farmers begin to live in the cities,and the incongruity between the new urban population and the new housing has constituted a contradiction in the urban-rural integration.How to enable farmers to better adapt to the new living environment is the focus of overall urban and rural planning.Therefore,in the planning and construction of urban and rural integrated areas,scientific and reasonable planning and design should be carried out according to the needs of the immigrants,so as to improve community infrastructure,thus promoting the establishment of a harmonious society.
