浅谈某房屋建筑工程钢筋混凝土裂缝产生原因及防治

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的不断推进,房地产业蓬勃发展,房屋建筑产业的竞争日趋加剧,使得施工单位在施工过程中要确保施工的质量,这也就对施工的质量提出了更高的标准。目前,房屋建筑工程技术相对于其他建筑施工技术来说已经有了很大的进步,但是仍然不可避免地出现了问题,尤其是钢筋混凝土的裂缝问题。本文主要是针对建筑工程当中钢筋混凝土出现裂缝的原因,并结合施工现场实际情况,对如何防治问题给出了相应的对策和防治方法。With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,the real estate industry is booming,and the competition in the housing construction industry is intensifying,so that the construction unit should ensure the quality of construction in the construction process,which also puts forward a higher standard for the quality of construction.At present,housing construction engineering technology has made great progress compared to other building construction technologies,but there are still inevitable problems,especially the crack problem of reinforced concrete.This paper mainly focuses on the causes of reinforced concrete cracks in construction projects,and combines the actual situation at the construction site to give corresponding countermeasures and prevention methods for how to prevent and control problems.
