摘　　要：空调是建筑工程施工流程中最为主要的一个工序,大型住宅本身对温湿度、空气有着严格的要求,因此,大型住宅科技系统空调设计分析始终都是重要的研究课题。文章从实际工程案例入手,基于控制原理构建具体的大型住宅科技系统空调体系,并且结合实际应用案例分析使用效果,以供参考。Air conditioning is one of the most important processes in the construction process of building engineering,and large houses themselves have strict requirements for temperature,humidity and air,so the analysis of air conditioning design of large house technology system has always been an important research topic.Starting from actual engineering cases,this paper builds a specific large house technology system air conditioning system based on the control principle,and analyzes the use effect based on practical application cases,for reference.
