摘  要:本文通过对高温过热器出口开裂的异种钢接头进行宏观检查、金相组织检测、扫描电镜等分析,发现主裂纹沿周向断续分布,主裂纹和连接裂纹内部均含有大量氧化物,裂纹沿树枝晶界扩展,说明裂纹是在凝固过程中产生。通过综合分析,判断裂纹产生原因主要为制造过程和焊接过程中存在热输入偏大造成。In this paper,the dissimilar steel joints cracked at the outlet of high temperature superheater are subject to macroscopic examination,metallographic structure detection,scanning electron microscopy and other analysis,it is found that the main cracks have interrupted distributions along the circumference,both the main crack and the connecting crack contain a large amount of oxides,the crack spreads along the grain boundary of the branch,which demonstrates that the crack is generated in the solidification process.Through comprehensive analysis,the main reason for the crack is the large heat input in the manufacturing process and welding process.
