上尿路结石梗阻并发尿脓毒症的特点及急诊处理策略分析

摘　　要：探讨了上尿路结石梗阻并发尿脓毒症的临床特点及急诊处理措施。选取南皮县人民医院2020年10月-2021年11月收治的75名上尿道结石梗阻并发尿脓毒症的患者为研究对象,按治疗方案的不同将其分成两个小组,观察组采用输尿管镜直视下逆行置入双J管引流术,对照组采用B超导引下经皮肾穿刺造痿术,通过临床疗效评估,对比两组的治疗效果。研究发现,输尿管镜直视下逆行置入双J管引流术在上尿路结石梗阻并发尿脓毒症中的临床引流成功率高,且并发症发生率低,同时对尿脓毒症的控制时间也有着非常重要的意义。The clinical characteristics and emergency treatment of upper urinary tract stone obstruction complicated with urinary sepsis were discussed.Seventy-five patients with upper urinary calculi obstruction complicated by urinary sepsis admitted to Nanpi County People's Hospital from October 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes.The observation group was treated with retrograde double-J tube drainage under ureteroscope,and the control group was treated with percutaneous nephrostomy under B-ultrasound guidance to evaluate the clinical efficacy and compare the treatment effects of the two group&The study found that the clinical drainage success rate of retrograde double-J tube drainage under ureteroscope in upper urinary tract stone obstruction complicated with urinary sepsis is high,and the incidence of complications is low.At the same time,it is also of great significance for the control time of urinary sepsis.
