儿童暴发性心肌炎的急救配合及护理措施思考

摘　　要：分析了儿童暴发性心肌炎的急救配合及护理措施。从苏州大学附属儿童医院2019年1月1日-2021年12月21日收治的儿童暴发性心肌炎患者中随机选取78例为研究对象,对其实施的急救配合及护理措施展开回顾性分析。采取急救配合及护理措施的78例儿童心肌炎患者中,58例病情较重的患者康复率为96.55%,20例病情较轻的患者康复率为100%;58例病情较重的患者满意率为100%,20例病情较轻的患者满意率为80%。研究发现,针对儿童暴发性心肌炎患者进行急救配合及护理干预可改善患者病情,让患者保持较高的满意度。The first aid cooperation and nursing measures for children with fulminant myocarditis were analyzed.78 children with fulminant myocarditis admitted from the Children's Hospital of Suzhou University from January 1,2019 to December 21,2021 were randomly selected as the study subjects,and their emergency cooperation and nursing measures were retrospectively analyzed.Of the 78 children with myocarditis who took emergency cooperation and nursing measures,the recovery rate of 58 patients with severe illness was 96.55%,and the recovery rate of 20 patients with mild illness was 100%;The satisfaction rate of 58 patients with severe illness was 100%,and that of 20 patients with mild illness was 80%.The study found that first-aid cooperation and nursing for children with fulminant myocarditis can improve the patient's condition and keep the patient satisfied.
