摘　　要：分析了针对子宫内膜异位症患者应用米非司酮联合GnRH-a的效果。选取2018年1月-2020年3月聊城市第二人民医院收治的60例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将所有研究对象分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用米非司酮治疗;实验组采取米非司酮联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗。比对两组患者治疗后的临床效果、妊娠结局,以及治疗前后的生殖激素水平。研究发现,对子宫内膜异位症患者应用米非司酮联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗效果显著,能降低患者性激素水平和复发率,值得临床推广应用。The effect of mifepristone combined with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist on patients with endometriosis was analyzed.60 patients with endometriosis admitted to The Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the method of random number table,all the study subjects were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with mifepristone;The experimental group was treated with mifepristone combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist.Compare the clinical effects,preg­nancy outcomes,and reproductive hormone levels before and after treatment between the two groups.The study found that mife­pristone combined with gonadotropin releasing honnone agonist has a significant effect on the treatment of endometriosis patients,which can reduce the level of sex hormone and the recurrence rate of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
