摘　　要：研究了在体外培养的条件下,不同时间不同浓度的绿原酸对Hela细胞的生长抑制作用。采用倒置显微镜观察人体宫颈癌细胞的形态,通过MTT法研究绿原酸对Hela细胞的抑制效果。结果表明,绿原酸对Hela细胞生长和增殖有一定的影响,并具有时间和剂量依赖性。这一实验结果为医学上宫颈癌细胞的临床药物研发提供了理论依据。In this paper,we studied the inhibitory effect of chlorogenic acid on Hela cell growth at different time and concentration under the condition of culture in vitro,observed the morphology of human cervical cancer cells by inverted microscope,and studied the inhibitory effect of chlorogenic acid on Hela cell by MTT method.The effect showed that chlorogenic acid had a certain effect on Hela cell growth and proliferation in a time and dose dependent manner.This experimental result provides a theoretical basis for clinical drug research and development of cervical cancer cells in medicine.
