早期护理干预预防脑梗塞患者下肢深静脉血栓的应用价值研究

摘　　要：分析了脑梗塞患者采用早期护理干预以预防下肢深静脉血栓(deep venus thrmbsis,DVT)的价值。筛选2020年1月-2021年4月在平邑县中医医院就诊的80例脑梗塞患者为研究样本,由工作人员在遵循随机、科学原则下将其分成对照组和观察组,对照组行常规护理,观察组实施早期护理干预,对比两组DVT发生率、血流速度及临床指标。研究发现,采取早期护理干预对脑梗塞患者下肢深静脉血栓进行预防,可改善其预后效果,加快其血流速度,还可缩短其住院及康复时间,值得参考。The value of early nursing intervention to prevent deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with cerebral infarction was analyzed.80 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in Pingyi County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as samples,and were divided into groups by the staff in accordance with the principles of randomization and science.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given early nursing intervention.The incidence of DVT,blood flow velocily,and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.The study found that selecting early nursing intervention to prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in patients with cerebral infarction can improve their prognosis,speed up blood flow and shorten their hospitalization and rehabilitation time,which is worthy of reference.
