摘  要:分析了饮食健康教育对提高糖尿病患者饮食治疗依从性的作用。选取2017年5月-2023年1月份在山东省蒙阴县疾病预防控制中心慢病科接受治疗的160例患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规干预基础上,接受饮食健康教育,分析两组患者的自我管理能力、生活质量情况、患者满意度、饮食治疗依从性、抑郁和焦虑情绪以及不良反应。结果显示,观察组患者的自我管理得分、生活质量各项评分、满意度调查得分以及饮食治疗依从性得分较高(P<0.05);干预后焦虑以及抑郁得分以及不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。研究表明,饮食健康教育不仅可加深患者及其家属对饮食治疗方案的认知和理解,还能帮助患者树立正确的防治观念,提高其治疗依从性。The effect of dietary health education on improving dietary treatment compliance in diabetic patients was analyzed.From May 2017 to January 2023,160 patients who received treatment in the Department of Chronic Diseases of the Mengyin Disease Control and Prevention Center in Shandong Province were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group patients were given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group patients received diet health education on the basis of routine intervention,and the self­management ability,quality of life,patient satisfaction,dietary treatment compliance,depression and anxiety,and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.The results showed that the self-management scores,quality of life scores,satisfaction survey scores and dietary treatment adherence scores in the observation group were higher(P<0.05),and the post-intervention anxiety and depression scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower(P<0.05).Studies have shown that dietaiy health education can not only deepen the cognition and understanding of patients and their families on dietary treatment plans,but also help patients establish correct prevention concepts and improve their treatment compliance.
