摘　　要：电网连接着能源的生产和消费,随着经济社会的发展,电网作为现代能源体系的重要组成部分,也面临着新形势。电力企业信息化建设应以创新为动力,以转型升级为方向,全面提升电网发展的质量和效益,加快数字化电网与电力企业信息化建设对于提高电网行业竞争力,增强电网抵御外部冲击的能力具有积极意义。当前和今后一段时期电网的发展将呈现出一些新特征:经济增长方式转变将加快电网的发展;电网企业经营管理水平和技术水平的提升将加速电网向智能电网转变;电力系统整体运行将实现自动化;电网企业生产和管理将更加灵活高效;电力系统运行将更加安全;电力企业价值创造能力将明显增强。因而,必须加快构建数字化电网,加强电力企业信息化建设。The power grid is connected with the production and consumption of energy.With the development of economy and society,the power grid,as an important part of the modern energy system,is also facing a new situation.The informatization construction of power enterprises should take innovation as the driving force and transformation and upgrading as the direction to comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of power grid development.Accelerating the construction of digital power grid and power enterprise informatization has positive significance for improving the competitiveness of the power grid industry and enhancing the ability of the power grid to withstand external shocks.At present and in the future,the development of power grid will present some new features:the transformation of economic growth mode will accelerate the development of power grid;The improvement of management and technology level of power grid enterprises will accelerate the transformation of power grid to smart grid;The overall operation of the power system will be automated;The production and management of power grid enterprises will be more flexible and efficient;Power system operation will be safer;The value creation ability of power enterprises will be significantly enhanced.Therefore,we must speed up the construction of digital power grid and strengthen the informatization construction of power enterprises.
