论豆瓣评分在网络文艺评论场域的价值认知偏差

摘　　要：近期,豆瓣评分因水军、粉丝控评等问题多次遭到网友诟病。在笔者看来,豆瓣评分的现状是其所处的时代、技术、市场、社会环境交叉作用的结果,外部力量的互相作用对豆瓣评分在文艺评论场域中的价值赋予了远超一个社交平台产品所能实现的功能外延,其背后所反映的正是新媒体语境下文艺评论场域中官方、专业、客观、理性的力量在大众传播层面的“失语”。豆瓣评分的“症结”不能仅通过平台迭代算法逻辑来解决,而是需要市场消除对豆瓣评分的不恰当定位及由此带来的过度依赖,同时,给予其他评价体系标准更多大众层面的传播空间。Recently,Douban score has been criticized by netizens for many times due to problems such as water army and fans'control.In the author's opinion,the current situation of Douban scoring is the result of the intersection of its era,technology,market and social environment.The interaction of external forces has given the value of Douban scoring in the field of literary and artistic criticism far more than a social platform product can achieve.What it reflects behind is the official,professional,objective the power of reason is"Aphasia"at the level of mass communication.The"Crux"of Douban scoring cannot be solved only through the logic of the platform iterative algorithm,but requires the market to eliminate the inappropriate positioning of Douban scoring and the resulting excessive dependence,and at the same time,give other evaluation system standards more public level communication space.
