摘　　要：大数据技术出现后对各行各业发展产生了深远影响,同样也让医院档案管理工作发生巨大改变,由于医院的医疗档案信息量庞大,因此需要细化档案管理内容,这样才能为医院今后发展带来帮助。基于此,该文从医院档案管理发展概述入手,讨论大数据对医院档案管理发展的影响,提出大数据影响下医院档案管理问题,最后提出如何在大数据影响下提升医院档案管理工作质量,希望为相关研究带来帮助。The emergence of big data technology has had a profound impact on the development of all walks of life,but also let the hospital archives management work has changed greatly,because of the hospital's huge amount of information on medical archives,so the need to refine the archives management content,so as to bring help for the future development of the hospital.Based on this,this paper starts from the overview of the development of hospital archives management,discusses the impact of big data on the development of hospital archives management,puts forward the problems of hospital archives management under the influence of big data,and finally proposes how to improve the quality of hospital archives management under the influence of big data,hoping to bring help to relevant research.
