摘  要:当今社会多元文化发展格局中,旅游产业的发展形式越来越复杂多变,旅游消费群体的需求呈现出差异化、个性化特点,乡村民宿也迎来了快速发展的机遇。在民宿旅游产业的集群化、地域化建设背景下,地方民宿应基于优化游客情感体验的层面,联合开发地方文旅资源,通过注重地域性乡土文化的合理表达,科学设计建筑结构;转变设计理念,树立和谐共生、尊重自然的设计思想;设置形式多样的乡土文化体验项目,打造地方民宿品牌;优化景观建设,逐步完善民宿服务功能等策略,以促进地方民宿产业的可持续、稳定性发展。In the current social multicultural development pattern,the development form of tourism industry is becoming more and more complex and changeable.The demand of tourism consumer groups is characterized by business travel alienation and personalization.Rural homestay also ushers in opportunities for rapid development.Under the background of the cluster and regionalization of the local homestay tourism industry,the local homestay should jointly develop local cultural and tourism resources based on the level of optimizing the emotional experience of tourists,and scientifically design the building structure by paying attention to the rational expression of regional local culture;change the design concept and establish the design idea of harmonious coexistence and respect for nature;set up various local cultural experience projects to create local homestay brands;optimize the landscape construction and gradually improve the service function of the homestay to promote the sustainable and stable development of the local homestay industry.
