摘  要:牛磺鹅去氧胆酸(TCDCA)作为胆汁酸(BA)活性物质之一,其可通过激活G蛋白偶联受体5(TGR5)/糖皮质激素受体(GR)相关通路降低促炎因子和增加抗炎因子表达量,发挥抗炎作用。TCDCA在肠道菌群作用下解离为鹅去氧胆酸后与法尼醇X受体(FXR)结合,负反馈调节BA合成,减少胆汁淤积,减轻炎症。此外,运用营养手段调控肠肝轴TCDCA含量将改善动物的糖脂代谢、热应激、肝损伤及生长水平。因此,本文重点综述TCDCA作用于TGR5、GR和FXR相关通路对动物免疫的调节机制及其营养调控研究进展,为TCDCA预防和治疗动物疾病提供参考。As one of bile acids(BAs)active substance,taurine chenodeoxycholic acid(TCDCA)can reduce proinflammatory factors and increase the expression of anti-inflammatory factors by activating the takeda G-protein-coupled receptor 5(TGR5)/glucocorticoid receptor(GR)to play an active role in anti-inflammatory.Under the action of intestinal flora,TCDCA dissociates into chenodeoxycholic acid(CDCA)and binds to farnesoid X receptor(FXR)to play the negative feedback in BA synthesis and reduce cholestasis,then reduce inflammatory.In addition,regulating the content of TCDCA in enterohepatic shaft will improve the glucolipid metabolism and growth level and relieve heat stress and liver damage.Therefore,this article focuses on the review of the regulatory effects of TCDCA on animal immunity and nutritional regulation of TGR5,GR and FXR related pathways,which will provide a reference for TCDCA to prevent and treat animal diseases.
