摘 要:文章以不同时效状态下(T4,T6,T7)的高速列车用6005A铝合金为研究对象,通过显微金相组织观察、室温拉伸试验、弯曲试验,对合金的基材和焊合处的组织和性能进行了分析对比。结果表明,不同时效状态下,6005A合金焊合处的晶粒较为粗大,且在焊合区分布不均,第二相质点集中于焊合线处析出;合金基材的机械性能均高于焊合处的,但T6、T7两种状态性能差异较T4状态的明显;合金的基材和焊合处均具有良好承受弯曲塑性变形的能力。In this paper,6005A aluminum alloy for high-speed train under different aging conditions(T4,T6,T7)is studied by means of microstructure observation,tensile test at room temperature and bending test,the microstructure and properties of the substrate and the weld joint of 6005A alloy are analyzed and compared.The results show that the grain size of the weld joint of 6005A alloy is coarser under different aging conditions,and the grain size distribution in the weld joint is uneven,the mechanical properties of the base metal are higher than that of the weld metal,but the difference between T6 and T7 is more obvious than that of T4.The base material and the weld joint of the alloy have good ability to bear bending plastic deformation.
