壮医特色烫熨疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医特色烫熨疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将130例LDH患者分为观察组与对照组各65例。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上加壮医特色烫熨疗法治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后日本骨科协会(JOA)下腰痛评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分。结果:观察组总有效率96.92%,高于对照组84.62%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组JOA下腰痛评分、SF-36各维度(生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康)评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),VAS评分降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后JOA下腰痛评分、SF-36各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:壮医特色烫熨疗法治疗LDH疗效确切,能有效缓解患者症状、体征,减轻疼痛,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of characteristic hot medicinal compress therapy in Zhuang medicine for lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods: A total of 130 cases of LDH patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment and nursing,and the observation group was additionally treated with characteristic hot medicinal compress therapy in Zhuang medicine based on the treatment of the control group. The scores of low back pain in Japan Orthopedics Association(JOA),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),and the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36) before and after treatment,as well as the clinical effects,were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 96.92% in the observation group,higher than that of 84.62% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of low back pain in JOA,the scores of each dimension including physical functioning, physical role functioning, bodily pain, general health perceptions, vitality, social role functioning,emotional role functioning,and mental health of SF-36 in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and VAS scores were decreased(P<0.05);the scores of low back pain in JOA,the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS scores was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Characteristic hot medicinal compress therapy in Zhuang medicine has a definite curative effect in treating LDH, and can effectively relieve symptoms, signs, and pain, and enhance quality of life.
