高频电波刀宫颈电环切除术治疗中重度宫颈柱状上皮异位的效果

摘　　要：目的分析高频电波刀宫颈电环切除术治疗中重度宫颈柱状上皮异位的效果。方法选择2014年1月至2020年12月我院的94例中重度宫颈柱状上皮异位患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为研究①组(47例,微波疗法)和研究②组(47例,高频电波刀宫颈电环切除术)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究②组治疗后10 d的临床病情控制总有效率高于研究①组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究②组的手术时间、创面愈合时间和住院时间短于研究①组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后10 d,研究②组的白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于研究①组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后10 d,研究②组的宫颈局部血流灌注、毛细血管管径及微血管管径高于研究①组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后5、10 d,研究②组的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度及血浆黏度低于研究①组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后7、14 d,研究②组的生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康评分高于研究①组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频电波刀宫颈电环切除术治疗中重度宫颈柱状上皮异位患者的效果显著,可改善宫颈局部微循环状态指标及炎症因子水平。Objective To explore the effect of cervical loop resection with high frequency electric wave knife in the treatment of moderate and severe cervical columnar epithelial ectopic.Methods A total of 94 patients with moderate and severe cervical columnar epithelial ectopic in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into study①group(47 cases,microwave therapy)and study②group(47 cases,cervical loop resection with high frequency electric wave knife).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical disease control in the study②group at 10 d after treatment was higher than that in the study①group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,wound healing time and hospitalization time of the study②group were shorter than those of the study①group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 10 d after treatment,the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study②group were lower than those in the study①group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 10 d after treatment,the cervical local blood perfusion,capillary diameter and microvascular diameter of the study②group were higher than those of the study①group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 5 and 10 d after treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the study②group were lower than those of the study①group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 7 and 14 d after treatment,the scores of physiological function,physiological role,physical pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health in the study②group were higher than those in the study①group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical loop resection with high frequency e
