摘　　要：目的探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液联合Bobath疗法治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果。方法选取2016年4月至2021年10月于南通市妇幼保健院门诊诊断为脑瘫的120例患儿作为研究对象,单纯接受Bobath疗法的患儿作为对照组,接受Bobath疗法+单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液治疗的患儿作为观察组,各60例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的颅内动脉血流速(VP)均升高,搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)/肌酸(Cr)值升高,胆碱复合物(Cho)/Cr值和乳酸(Lac)/Cr值均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的中文版脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能分级系统(GMFCS)分级、Ashworth分级较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液与Bobath疗法联合治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果确切。Objective To explore the clinical effect of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium injection combined with Bobath therapy in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children.Methods A total of 120 children with cerebral palsy diagnosed in clinic of Nantong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2016 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.The children receiving Bobath therapy alone were included in control group,and the children receiving Bobath therapy+monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium injection were included in observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the velocity peak(VP)of intracranial artery in the two groups increased,the pulse index(PI)and resistance index(RI)decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the value of N-acetylaspanate(NAA)/creatine(Cr)in the two groups increased,the values of choline(Cho)/Cr and lactate(Lac)/Cr decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Chinese version of Gross Motor Function Classification System(GMFCS)grade and Ashworth grade in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium injection combined with Bobath therapy in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy has definite clinical effect.
