摘　　要：目的:分析风险管理在妇幼手术室护理管理中的效果。方法:2021年1月~2021年6月我院妇幼手术室护理管理中采取常规管理模式(对照组88例),2021年7月~2021年12月我院妇幼手术室护理管理中采取风险管理模式(研究组88例),对比效果。结果:与对照组比较,研究组护理风险管理质量评分更高,P<0.05。与对照组比较,研究组手术工作达标率更高,P<0.05。与对照组比较,研究组护理人员实践技能水平评分更高,P<0.05。结论:风险管理在妇幼手术室护理管理中实施可提高护理风险管理质量,促进护理人员实践技能水平提升。Objective:To analyze the effect of risk management in nursing management of maternal and child operating room.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2021,the routine management mode(control group)was adopted in the nursing management of the maternal and child operating room in our hospital,and the risk management mode(research group)was adopted from July 2021 to December 2021.The effects were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the score of nursing risk management quality in the study group was higher,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the rate of reaching the standard of surgical work in the study group was higher,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the nursing staff in the study group scored higher in practical skll level,P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of risk management in the nursing management of the maternity and child operating room can improve the quality of nursing risk management and promote the level of practical skills of nursing staff.
