摘　　要：慢性肛周湿疹,是肛肠科常见的炎症性疾病,以反复难愈性著称,严重影响患者的生活质量。王海主任认为“内湿”是慢性肛周湿疹致病关键因素,脾脏为生湿主地,诸脏不司,均可影响脾运,出现水湿内停,下注肛门,泛肤为疹,故提出“湿邪泛溢”是致病之主,“五脏不安”是致病之根,“安五脏,祛湿邪,可疗魄门之疾”,文章整列王海主任观点的推论,以供大家鉴析。Objective:Chronic perianal eczema is a common inflammatory disease in anorectal department.It is well-known for its recurrent and refractory nature,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Director Wang Hai thinks that"internal dampness"is the key factor causing chronic perianal eczema,the spleen is the main source of dampness,all viscera,can affect the spleen transport,water and wet internal stop,put down the anus,pan skin for rash,therefore,it is suggested that"the overflow of damp-evil"is the main cause of the disease,"the uneasiness of the five zang-organs"is the root of the disease,"the five zang-organs can be settled,the dampevil can be dispelled,and the disease of the soul-gate can be cured".This article lists the corollary of director Wang Hai's viewpoint,for your analysis.
