小儿肺咳颗粒联合环酯红霉素对类百日咳综合征患儿肺功能状态及细胞免疫的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿肺咳颗粒联合环酯红霉素对类百日咳综合征患儿肺功能状态及细胞免疫的影响。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年4月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的86例类百日咳综合征患儿,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组给予环酯红霉素治疗,观察组在此基础上给予小儿肺咳颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗效果、肺功能及细胞免疫功能。结果:观察组总有效率为93.02%,显著高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组达峰容积比(VPEF/VE)、达峰时间比(TPTEF/TE)、潮气量(TV)均高于对照组,呼吸频率(RR)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:环酯红霉素结合小儿肺咳颗粒治疗小儿类百日咳综合征的效果确切,有助于改善肺功能,并可提高机体细胞免疫功能。Objective:To observe the effect of Xiao’er Feike Granules combined with Erythromycin Cyclocarbonate on pulmonary function status and cellular immunity in children with pertussis-like syndrome.Method:A total of 86 children with pertussis-like syndrome who admitted to Affiliated Children's Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2020 to April 2022 were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Erythromycin Cyclocarbonate,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiao’er Feike Granules on the basis of this.The therapeutic effect,pulmonary function and cellular immune function were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%,which was significantly higher than 76.74%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ratio of volume at peak tidal expiratory flow to expiratory tidal volume(VPEF/VE),ratio of time to peak tidal expiratory flow to total expiratory time(TPTEF/TE)and tidal volume(TV)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the respiratory rate(RR)was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Erythromycin Cyclocarbonate combined with Xiao’er Feike Granules has definite curative effect in the treatment of children with pertussis-like syndrome,which helps to improve lung function,and can improve the body's cellular immune function.
