摘  要:社会发展与医疗技术的进步使得女性生育力保存受到越来越多的社会关注。在肿瘤治疗前进行卵巢组织冷冻,可以有效保存患者生育力,提高治愈后肿瘤患者生存质量。但治愈后患者卵巢组织重新植入有可能将肿瘤细胞再次引入体内,增加肿瘤复发风险。人工卵巢(artificial ovary,AO)是将卵巢组织中的卵泡细胞、基质支架和辅助细胞等进行分离并在体外进行类卵巢结构重建,可更好地清除卵巢组织中潜在的肿瘤细胞,为高复发风险癌症患者生育提供更安全的方法。本文对AO重建中的关键技术研究进展进行综述。With the development of society and the advancement of medical technology,the preservation of female fertility has attracted more and more social attention.Ovarian tissue freezing before tumor treatment can effectively preserve the fertility of patients and improve the quality of life of patients with tumor after cure.However,reimplantation of ovarian tissue after cure may reintroduce tumor cells into the body,increasing the risk of tumor recurrence.Artificial ovary(AO)separate the follicle cells,matrix scaffold and auxiliary cells etc in ovarian tissue and,and rebuild the ovaria-like structure in vitro,which can better remove potential tumor cells in ovarian tissue and provide a safer method for fertility of cancer patients with high recurrence risk.This paper reviewed the research progress of key technologies in AO reconstruction.
