摘　　要：深圳市某污水处理厂原处理规模为2.5万m^(3)/d,采用接触氧化处理工艺,设计出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准(TN、TP除外)。为满足更加严格的水质考核要求,需对污水处理厂进行提标改造,使出水水质指标满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)IV类标准(TN除外,SS采用原标准)。提标改造工程根据处理需求并结合各构筑物运行工况,处理规模调整为2万m^(3)/d,改造采用以快速生化污水处理技术(RPIR)+磁混凝沉淀为核心的处理工艺。项目改造后运行稳定,出水水质全面优于设计出水水质标准。此外,污水处理厂提标改造成本按日均污水量计算为1481.16元/m^(3),直接运行成本仅提高0.28元/m^(3)。The treatment scale of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Shenzhen City is 2.5×10^(4) m^(3)/d,the contact oxidation treatment process is adopted,and the original designed effluent complies with the first class A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002)(except TN and TP).In order to meet the more stringent requirements of water quality assessment,the WWTP needs to be upgraded and the effluent shall comply with classⅣstandard of the Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002)(except TN,SS adopts the original standard).According to the treatment needs and the operating conditions of the WWTP at the current stage,the upgrading and renovation project has adjusted the treatment scale to 2×10^(4)m^(3)/d,and determine to use the rapid purification of wastewater using sedimentation integrated rectangular airlift loop reactor(RPIR)+magnetic coagulation sedimentation transformation process to improve the effluent quality.The effluent is stably even better than the the standard after the transformation.In addition,the cost of upgrading and upgrading the WWTP is calculated at 1481.16 yuan/m^(3)based on the average daily wastewater volume,and the direct operating cost is increased by 0.28 yuan/m^(3).
