摘 要:针对钢筋混凝土原梁,采用粘贴碳纤维板-外包角钢-体外预应力钢绞线三种加固技术,形成联合加固梁。本文制作了六根试验梁,进行荷载试验研究,研究联合加固梁的工作机理,进行裂缝发展和破坏极限状态的分析研究。研究表明:粘贴碳纤维板-外包角钢-体外预应力三种加固技术协同工作,外包角钢的弯曲反弹恢复力和预应力钢绞线的竖向分力对碳纤维板提供了压力,可在碳纤维板面与钢筋混凝土原梁底面两者界面层产生摩擦力,摩擦力可以避免碳纤维板材的粘结滑移破坏,联合加固梁可以大幅度提高原梁结构的开裂荷载、结构刚度和极限承载力,联合加固梁临近破坏时,三种加固材料的强度可得到充分发挥,加固效果优良。For the reinforced concrete original beam,three strengthening technologies of bonded CFRP board,wrapped angle steel and external prestressed steel strand are adopted to form a combined strengthened beam.In this paper,six test beams are made,the load test is carried out,the working mechanism of the combined strengthened beam is studied,and the crack development and failure limit state are analyzed and studied.The research shows that the three strengthening technologies of bonded CFRP board,wrapped angle steel and external prestressed steel strand work together.The bending rebound restoring force of wrapped angle steel and the vertical component of prestressed steel strand provide pressure on the CFRP board,which can produce friction force on the interface layer between the surface of CFRP board and the bottom of reinforced concrete original beam.The friction force can avoid the bonding and sliding failure of CFRP board,The combined strengthened beam can greatly improve the cracking load,structural stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of the original beam structure.When the combined strengthened beam is close to failure,the strength of the three reinforcement materials can be brought into full play and the reinforcement effect is excellent.
