摘 要:基于冻融对混凝土力学性能和耐久性的巨大破坏,设计了3组试件进行了对照试验,研究了不同矿物掺合料(如:矿粉、石粉、粉煤灰、砂率等)对C30混凝土力学性能和抗冻性能的影响并总结了规律。研究结果表明:掺入矿粉对C30混凝土试件的抗冻性能有利;水胶比相同的情况下,提高混凝土密度更有利于增加其抗压强度和动弹模量;降低砂率有助于增加C30混凝土试件的抗压强度;掺入不同矿物掺合料尤其是粉煤灰,对C30混凝土试件抗冻性能有利。该研究成果可为混凝土生产提供指导。Because freeze-thaw damage will cause great damage to the mechanical properties and durability of concrete,three groups of contrast experiments are designed to study the influence of different mineral admixtures(such as mineral powder,stone powder,fly ash,sand ratio,etc.)on the mechanical properties and frost resistance of C30 concrete.The results show that the addition of mineral powder is beneficial to the frost resistance of C30 concrete specimens;When the water binder ratio is same,that increasing the density of concrete is more conducive to improve the compressive strength and dynamic modulus of concrete;The concrete strength can be appropriately improved by reducing the sand ratio;The various admixtures,especially fly ash is beneficial for the frost resistance of concrete specimens.The results will provide referdence for concrete production.
