摘  要:以苏州市轨道交通7号线白荡南站—扬东路站区间为例,依据盾构掘进诱发地层变形响应将施工过程分为4个阶段(接近—下穿—远离—极远),继而研究了盾构掘进诱发地表、管片和建筑物的沉降规律,得出以下结论:始发段掘进是盾构施工过程中的关键环节,该阶段埋深较浅,地表受盾构影响大,合理的施工参数(掘进速度应在6~10环/d)能够使地表沉降趋于稳定;盾构停机是盾构施工过程中不可避免的环节,该阶段须保持掌子面压力与掘进面土压力相平衡才能控制地表沉降趋势;从沉降槽曲线可看出,盾构掘进对土体的扰动影响主要集中于中轴线距隧道两侧12 m以内的区域,而对超过12 m以外的区域影响较小,且在地质条件较好的地层中,盾构掘进诱发的地表沉降槽宽度较宽;地层变形对周围环境的影响具有时间依赖性,隧道管片和邻近建筑物在盾构掘进后的一段时间内呈沉降趋势。Taking the section between Baidang South Station and Yangdong Road Station of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 7 as an example,this paper divides the construction process into four stages(close-underpass-far away-extremely far)and studies the settlement law of surface,segment and building induced by shield tunneling.The following conclusions are drawn that the excavation of the starting section is the key link in the process of shield construction.In this stage,the shallow surface is greatly affected by shield tunneling and reasonable construction parameters(tunneling speed should be 6~10 rings/day)can make the surface settlement tend to be stable;Shield shutdown is an inevitable part of the process.It is necessary to maintain the balance between the pressure of the tunnel face and the earth to control the surface subsidence trend;According to the settlement trough curves,the influence of shield tunneling on soil disturbance is mainly concentrated in the area within 12 m from both sides of the tunnel,and has little effect on the areas beyond 12 m.In the stratum with better geological conditions,the width of the surface settlement trough is relatively wider;After excavation,the disturbance of stratum deformation to the surrounding environment is time-dependent.Tunnel segments and adjacent buildings will tend to settlement for a period of time.
