摘  要:由于城市地下众多密布的管线以及既有建筑物等环境因素的影响,使地下工程施工难度越来越大。因此,进行风险管理显得尤为重要,也能为工程提升效益。鉴于此,识别了城市中邻近文物保护区的隧道工程施工风险因素,构建了基于模糊层次分析法的风险评估指标体系,运用所构建的模型对具体工程项目进行了施工风险综合评价。该方法不需要对判断矩阵进行一致性检验,大大简化了计算过程,还能保证度量的相对准确性。数据分析结果显示,该邻近文物保护区的隧道工程施工风险水平为Ⅲ级,属于较高风险,故需采取相应的风险控制措施以降低风险损失。The underground construction is becoming increasingly difficult due to environmental factors such as the multiple dense pipelines and existing buildings under the city.Therefore,it is especially crucial to carry out risk management,which can also enhance the benefits of the project.The construction risk factors of tunnel projects adjacent to heritage protection areas in cities are identified.A risk assessment index system is established by fuzzy hierarchical analysis method.A comprehensive evaluation of construction risks for specific engineering projects is conducted by the model.By this method,the consistency testing of the judgment matrix isn’t required,the calculation process is greatly simplified and the relative accuracy of the metrics is ensured.The data analysis results show that the construction risk level of the tunnel project adjacent to the heritage protection zone isⅢwhich is higher so that corresponding risk control measures are needed to reduce risk losses.
